These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CyberEDT Education Section, including courses, tools, and resources. By enrolling or accessing, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 13 years or older to access our courses.
• If under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate information in your account.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. Course Enrollment & Usage

• Access to courses is granted for personal, non-commercial use.
• Reselling, redistributing, or unauthorized sharing of course content is prohibited.
• Certificates issued by CyberEDT are valid only for the registered learner.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Course fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy (to be linked separately).

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content (text, videos, labs, quizzes) belongs to CyberEDT unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission.
• Violations may result in suspension of account and legal action.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for hacking, spreading malware, or illegal activities.
• Misuse resources to disrupt CyberEDT’s operations.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Courses are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee job placement.
• CyberEDT is not liable for damages arising from misuse or reliance on course content.
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

CyberEDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
